This small apartment house occupying a restored historic 19th-century building is located at 1,200 metres above sea level on the Seefeld Plateau, offering beautiful views of the Inn Valley. The very quietly located Ropferhof features modern holiday apartments with balcony. A farm from the 19th-century is directly opposite and houses a restaurant with traditional cuisine and a sun terrace. Surrounded by 25 hectares of meadows and forests, the Ropferhof features a beautiful playground for children, a Kneipp facility, and many animals such as horses and sheep. Classic concerts, which you can attend free of charge, are hosted between June and September in the natural arena at the edge of the forest. Beside the new Guesthouse you find the Original farmhouse which has been transformed to a very nice, cosy restaurant with it's "Ofenhockerstube" and "Tante Hilde's Stube" The animals now live in the stable upside of the parking, children may visit horses, deers and sheeps ... Only 10 minutes drive to the Alpenbad Leutasch, you also could go there with sleighs directly from the guesthouse.

Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 45 (Apartment Type 1) and EUR 55 (Apartment Type 2) is not included in the room rate and is payable directly at the hotel.
Payment and cancelation conditions

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
